JAMES BOND: LICENCE TO KILL (1989) - Peter Nelson Collection: Bond's Passport Photo, Business Card and X-ray Polaroid

Bond's passport photo and business card, and an x-ray Polaroid, from John Glen's Bond film Licence to Kill. When CIA agent Pam Bouvier (Carey Lowell) took a photo with Q's (Desmond Llewelyn) Polaroid camera, she accidentally shot a laser beam from it. The resulting picture showed an infrared image of James Bond (Timothy Dalton) and Q dodging the laser beam.

This production-made Polaroid shows a slightly different crop of the infrared image seen on screen. Accompanying it is a small passport portrait of Bond and a "Universal Exports" business card, which features 007's full name handwritten at the bottom in black pen. The lot exhibits discolouration, surface marks and peeling of the Polaroid from production use and age. Dimensions (Polaroid): 10.5 cm x 10 cm (4 1/4" x 4")

From the personal collection of Peter Nelson, previously displayed at his two museums, "The Cars of the Stars" and "The Bond Museum" in Keswick, Cumbria, until they closed in 2011.

Estimate: GBP 700 - 1400 M
