Born Pomfret, Conn, May 17, 1779 - Died Watertown, NY April 17, 1859 - Charter member Watertown Lodge No. 289 F. & A. N. June 5, 1817. Charter Member and first king Watertown Chapter No. 59 R.A.N., Feb 7, 1817 - Justice 1815-1818 Judge, 1818-1819, Sheriff, 1819-1821 Distinguish surgeon, US Army throughout War of 1812 Professor of Surgery & Medical Jurisprudence, Willoughby University, Lake Erie, Ohio 1834-1841.
