All items are sold “AS IS” where is, without any guarantees unless otherwise specified in writing. ALL SALES FINAL.
Online bidders must have a credit card registered for bidding activity prior to receiving a bidder’s number. Live bidders have the option of putting up a cash deposit or providing credit card information.
Sales tax applies to all purchases of Arizona residents unless a valid resale certificate is provided prior to bidding.
Live bidders must pay in full on the day of auction. Internet bidders have 24 hours to complete payment. Receipt is required prior to removal of any items and items must be removed on the day of auction, unless purchased online, in which case, arrangements need to be made for shipping. Buyer to pay actual shipping cost for all items shipped (to be billed separately). We use a third party shipping company. Items not picked up, or arranged to be shipped or left after the Monday following the auction will be considered to be abandoned.
