SLEEPY HOLLOW (1999) - Production-used Clapperboard - A production-used clapperboard from Tim Burton's fantasy horror Sleepy Hollow. Used by the "A" camera unit during filming, the clapperboard is an acrylic slate with a wooden clapper fixed to the top. It features the production title "Sleepy Hollow" and the names of director Tim Burton and director of photography Peter Hannan, all engraved in red. Outlined boxes divide the piece into fields titled "roll," "scene," and "take," all of which contain handwritten details in black marker pen. A strip of tape is adhered along the bottom edge and reads "17-4-99, Night Exterior." It exhibits notable scuffing on the arm, and the edges of the tape have begun to peel. Dimensions: 9.5" x 11.25" x 1.5" (24 cm x 28.5 cm x 4 cm)
