HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN (2004) - Hagrid's (Robbie Coltrane) Pumpkin

A pumpkin from Hagrid's (Robbie Coltrane) garden in Alfonso Cuaro& #769n's fantasy-adventure sequel Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Hagrid tethered the hippogriff Buckbeak in his pumpkin patch, while the beast awaited its execution.

The pumpkin has an orange-dyed rubber exterior and a hollow foam interior. It features a carved spooky grinning face on one side and a green-painted stalk at the top. A circular section has been carved out around the stalk, and this rests over the opening it's created.

This pumpkin was among many later repurposed for the 2017 Dark Arts at Harry Potter Studios Halloween Tour. For this event, the prop team carved unique faces into each of the pumpkins, hollowed them out and hung them with wires from the ceiling of The Great Hall set. For subsequent Dark Arts studio tours, these pumpkins were replaced with new pumpkins and this one was saved from disposal. The pumpkin exhibits glue remnants and hook holes around the top opening. Dimensions: 60 cm x 60 cm x 62 cm (23 1/2" x 23 1/2" x 24 1/2")

Estimate: GBP 1000 - 2000 M
