Originally sold as part of a full crate in the official studio auction.
Original Virgin Mary Statue used in the production of the J. J. Abrams created drama television series 'Lost' (2004 - 2010) where, the survivors of a plane crash are forced to work together in order to survive on a seemingly deserted tropical island.
Mr. Eko (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) smuggled heroin in Virgin Mary statues and these can be seen throughout the show.
Lost has regularly been ranked by critics as one of the greatest television series of all time.
