Cert. #911 issued at Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1902 to H.A. Buehmann for 500 shares. Signed by A.M. Wehe as president and H.D. James as secretary. Black and orange on crème with orange seal. Oval mining vignette at the top. Tassels on both sides of the company name on the masthead. Loomis, Wash. Printed on the masthead. Nighthawk, 12 miles from Loomis is listed as a semi-ghost town [Ref: ghosttowns.com]. EF. 2) Tungsten Consolidated Mining and Milling Company: Incorporated in Washington.
