With the decline of her career in the early 1950s, she turned increasingly to alcohol and died in a house fire at the age of 41. Attractive, vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 photo, signed and inscribed in green fountain pen, “To Joe - With my very warmest wishes for your happiness.
