This is one of the nicest notes we've seen from here, although, with only nine notes listed in the Kelly census, there is relatively little to choose from. <B>PMG Uncirculated 62 EPQ,</B></I> a gem but for the cut into top margin, a feature more than offset by the most unusual signature of E.H.
