For your consideration is this Lincoln Metal Products Servmanster sugar, flour and coffee dispenser. Each commodity had a separate storage compartment and could be dispensed into their respective drawers below by actuating a lever or, in the case of the flour dispenser, a crank. According to the "Capacity and Operating Instructions" tag on the inside of the top lid, the sugar capacity is 5 lbs., flour--5 lbs., and coffee--3 lbs. The design of the dispenser allowed for each commodity's drawer to be filled but not overflow even with repeated movement of the lever. The flour compartment has a crank that sifts the flour through a screen as it is being dispensed. Lincoln Metal Products in Detroit, Michigan designed and manufactured canisters and dispensers for the kitchen. In the 1950's they called their line of kitchen products "Beautyware". This dispenser appears to predate those Mid-Century designs, though there is no date on it. The dispenser is complete and fully functioning. It measures 15.5" L x 9.5" W x 10.5" T.
