<td width="100%">
Fabulous hand painted Limoges jardiniere factory-decorated with large, lush poppies, accompanied by a gold accented base. Jardiniere by itself stands 10 1/2" tall, and measures 10" across the rim. When on its 3-legged base, the overall height is 13 3/4" tall. The overall condition is very good, with no chips, cracks, or repairs. There is some wear to the gold trim around the top and inside lip of the jardiniere, and some shallow surface scuffing inside the bottom of the bowl. The base, which was not factory decorated also has some wear to the hand painted finish and gold trim. The jardiniere is stamped with William Guerin & Co. whiteware Mark #3 (1900 to 1932), as well as Guerin Mark #4, a light blue overglaze decorating mark (late 1800s to 1932). The Limoges base is stamped with Tressemann and Vogt Mark #5a, found in use from about 1892 to 1907.
