One of Mr Strains favorite subjects was John S Mosby & his Rangers throughout their fighting in the Shenandoah Valley in 1864-65. This lithograph is of his famous paintings of General Mosby & fellow Rangers attending a clandestine nighttime funeral & Old Chapel Cemetery in the Valley for one of his fallen troopers. It is a 19" x 24" offset lithograph, professionally matted & framed, from a limited edition of 350 prints. Signed by the artist  & numbered, lower right, 99/350.Â
