Delivery within Winnipeg perimeter available for $10 for first item and $5 per additional item to a maximum of $30.

Shipping & handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged accordingly.
Packing & Shipping is available for an additional charge of $15.00 for the first item which includes an appropriate shipping container and packing materials, and $5 per additional item, plus the actual cost from Canada Post for mailing. All shipments will be charged to your credit card or sent via Canada Post C.O.D. International shipments may be subject to customs/import fees/duties and they are the responsibility of the buyer. All shipments will require a signature on delivery. Shipping will begin Monday December 20, 2021 following the auction end once local pickups and deliveries are sorted out.
RISK OF LOSS
In the event delivery cannot be made because of loss due to fire, theft, or any other reason while in Meyers Auctions possession, Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service shall only be liable for the return of any deposits or payments made by the purchaser. Once items are shipped via Canada Post or Courier Meyers Auctions accepts no responsibility for any loss due to fire, theft, damage or loss by Canada Post or the Courier for any reason. WE DO OUR BEST TO PACK BUT UNDERSTAND THAT ANY BREAKAGE OF ITEMS IS NOT COVERED. EVERYTHING SHIPPED AT YOUR OWN RISK -- NO REFUNDS AT ALL.

BID PRICE
Each Internet Buyer must register with Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service prior to bidding. The highest bidder on a lot shall be the buyer of the lot. The purchase price shall be the sum of 1) the price at which the item is sold, plus 2) A BUYER'S PREMIUM OF 15%, plus 3) 5% Goods & Services sales tax.
ACCEPTANCE
The purchaser is legally liable to pay for the item or pay the difference if we must re offer and sell the item for a lower price.
REGULATION OF BID
The Auctioneer shall regulate the bidding and shall be the sole arbiter of any disputes. We reserve the right to withdraw property at any time before the sale and reject a bid from any bidder.
ONLINE BIDDING
Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service will not be liable for malfunctions, errors or omissions (hardware, software, electronic, human or otherwise), whether or not due to Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service fault or negligence, resulting in the inaccurate transmittal of bids, the failure to execute bids or any other irregularity.
PAYMENT AND PICKUP / SHIPPING
The invoice must be paid in full and merchandise picked up or shipping arrangements made within TWO days of the date of sale. A storage fee will be charged if merchandise is left longer than two (2) weeks of $10.00 per lot per day. If the property is left longer than four (4) weeks, it will be considered abandoned. Items won online cannot be picked up from the auction house until the following day.
