<B>Lightnin' Hopkins <I>Lightnin' And The Blues</B></I> Autographed LP (Herald 1012, 1960).</B></I> Sam "Lightnin" Hopkins, iconic Texas Bluesman, had first recorded some 14 years earlier in 1946. This was his first album, issued about the time Lightnin', at age 48, was finally being widely acknowledged as a Country/Blues great. The album, along with his "Mojo Hand" on the Fire label, is considered his rarest and most sought-after of the dozens ultimately released on some 36 labels! The record is quite nice; the cover has minor repair on the front bottom right corner and three tape stains on back cover.
