Letter dated September 7th 1817 written by J. W. Benton, St. Louis, concerning power of attorney, a collector named Balch, debts owed by K. L. Bafs, and A. Campbell. The Allens who owned a factory in Nashville, and other personal information. The letter shows some staining, small losses, good overall. The document measures approx. 10” by 8”. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
