First edition (Currey priority A). Signed "Lester del Rey" on the front free endpaper. Octavo. 331 pages. Illustrated by Sol Levin. Publisher's black cloth with gilt spine titles. No dust jacket. Boards show mild soiling, with some rubbing around the edges and at the corners. Previous owner's signature on the rear free endpaper.
