Leader of the Soviet Union (1907–1982) from 1964 until his death. DS, in Russian, signed “Brezhnev,” one page, 7.75 x 12, April 4, 1947. Untranslated document signed at the conclusion in purple ink by Brezhnev. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, scattered edge wear and tears, and several office notations and stamps, one lightly affecting portions of text.
