Attestation issued to Senior Instructor of the Political Department of the 18th Army Captain Shulim Nepomnyaschy promoting him to the rank of Major. Signed at the top of the reverse by Brezhnev as Head of the Political Department. In very good condition, with uniform toning, marginal binding holes to one edge, and expected stamps and notations.
