Document awarding Guards Senior Lieutenant Golkov, Vladimir Evseyevich, Battalion Commisar of the 4th Guard’s Paratroopers Infantry Division, with the ‘Order of the Great Patriotic War II Class.” Signed at the conclusion by Brezhnev, as a colonel and head of the political department of the 18th Army. Uniform toning, two edges folded in, multiple stamps and notations, and a few edge tears, otherwise very good condition.
