***REASONABLE BEST-OFFERS CONSIDERED PRE-AUCTION OR DIRECT PURCHASE - ITEMS TO BE SOLD VIA GO ANTIQUES VENUE ONLY (PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST OFF-VENUE SALE)! Item/Description: BEYOND CHARMINGLY ADORABLE Vintage Japan Lefton "Little Red Riding Hood-like Girl, Reindeer Doe Fawn & Christmas Tree" Figural Music Box. Song/Tune played is "Twelve (12) Days of Christmas"

Age/Period: Vintage - ca 1940s-1950s

Manufacturer/Identification/Markings: Retains its original Red & Gold Paper Foil Labels which read "Lefton Trade Mark Exclusives Japan" and backstamp numers "8147"; Music Box Mechanism is marked "Sankyo Japan"

Material(s)/Format: Porcelain Ceramic Bisque

Size/Measurements: nearly 6"H

Condition: Figurine - EXCELLENT+, remaining VIVIDLY COLORFUL and evincing no noted paint loss, nicks, chips, cracks, crazing, breaks or repairs. Music Box is also EXCELLENT, with Tune playing perfectly smoothly, retaining marvelous Musical Tonality. Only minor condition factor is that underside wooden base section to which interior Musical Mechanism is affixed loosens from the ceramic figural portion (likely in need of nothing more than screws tightening, and it does retain all its screws - a previous owner has "jimmyrigged" a temporary "fix" by using clear durable packing tape on underside to keep this in position)
