Air mail envelope, 6.25 x 4.25, addressed in Oswald's hand to his mother, "U.S.A., Box 982, Vernon Texas, Mrs. M. Oswald," and adding his Moscow return address and name in Russian to the bottom. Envelope bears Russian postmarks on the front, and a March 7, 1962, Vernon, Texas postmark on the reverse. The envelope bears soft lamination, consistent with other official exhibits that were in the government's possession during the Warren Commission investigation. In very good to fine condition, with a rough top edge from opening. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication and grading holder, evaluating the autograph as "NM–MT 8."
