Original teletype of an interview with Lee Harvey Oswald as member of the Fair Play for Cuba Committee. Held 21 August 1963, teletype reads in part, ''...The fact that I did live for a time in the Soviet Union gives me excellent qualifications to repudiate charges that Cuba and the...Committee is Communist control...''
