Late World War II Walther K43 Semi-Automatic Rifle with Milled Panel Markings

This rifle has the late WWII type III cast receiver that has the rifle markings contained inside a milled panel on the left side of the receiver. "K43/ac 44" (stacked) is centered in the panel with a single "Eagle/359" proof on each side of the receiver. The receiver has the single bolt guide and the bolt carrier is the late style with a reinforcing web, without the hold open latch. The action cover is the stamped version with the manual dust cover. The stock is a wartime laminated version with an "Eagle 359" proof just behind the sling slot on the left side. The rifle has a black painted magazine that is marked "aye/Eagle/WaA843/ K-43". The rifle is complete with a brown cross-hatched leather sling, cleaning rod, front sight hood and the spare parts kit and manual in the buttstock compartment.

Very fine with 97% plus of the wartime finish overall with finish loss on the exposed barrel and action cover. The otherwise very fine stock and handguard are varnished, with sharp markings. The sling and accessories are all in very good condition.
