<B>Late 1990's Mark Messier Game Worn Skates.</B></I> The man who took a page from the book of Joe Namath with a guarantee of a Championship for the 1994 New York Rangers put fine use into this pair of Bauer skates dating from late in his Hall of Fame career. Number "11" in marker on each sole and the bizarre tightly stitched reinforcing "grid" on the right skate are perfect Messier attributes, and the size is likewise correct for the ageless legend. Wear is marvelous, with no shortage of scuffs, scrapes and scars throughout. Original laces.
