On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Medalist Sand-Knit Minnesota Vikings" manufacturer's tag. Below that is an additional "Medalist Sand-Knit" tag with the jersey size "LARGE". On the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "10" screen printed in white. The name plate on the back of the jersey has been removed, the outline remains. The jersey shows game-use and besides having the name plate removed appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
