A bas relief porcelain plaque, designed by the renowned sculptor Laszlo Ispanky and numbered 148. It features a prominent three dimensional representation of the Statue of Liberty's head and diadem. The central effigy is rendered in a light-green hue, contrasting starkly with the pale blue and white ground of the rectangular porcelain field. The left corner marked with "100" celebrating the anniversary of the Statue of Liberty. It is affixed to a rectangular wooden backing. "No. 148" signed to lower right corner. Laszlo Ispanky signed to right side.
