No items are shipped until payment has cleared. We ship Mondays-Wednesday
Shipping within Canada is $12 per order + insurance which is $1 per thousand
Shipping to the United States will be shipped by USPS and is $8 per order + insurance which is $1 per thousand
Shipping to Europe, Asia, Australia is $30 per order + insurance which is $1 per thousand.
All item shipped to Canadian addresses are charged HST. There is no tax to parcels shipped to foreign addresses

Payment must be made within 7 days of Sale unless arrangements are made with us. We accept Cash, Money Order, Check, interact e-transfer, bank wire and live interact (day of sale only)
We also accept Visa, MasterCard & PayPal (Other credit cards can be processed through PayPal) at a 3% premium.
We accept USD payments at 2% over the spot rate at time of invoice request. We only accept USD in the form of Money, Money Order, Check, Wire Transfer or PayPal.
Any outstanding invoices over 30 days will be charged a 2% per month interest.

The Auctioneer reserves the right to re-open a lot once it has just closed OR reopen a lot that had no bids.
All sales are final. Items must be paid for before release or shipping.
No items may be payed for or picked up until auction has concluded.
Mail bidders may return items not properly described up to 7 days after receipt of same. NO Returns on items bought live. No Returns on any third party graded Coins or Banknotes.
We do our best to properly describe all items offered for sale. Auctioneer acts as an agent between bidders and consignors and offer no warranty on items sold.
Our reserve prices are based around current publications such as Canadian Coin News - Trends, Charlton, Krause. In most cases a bid of 75-80% of estimate will win the lot. Most of our starting bids are 50% of estimate or lower.
