Large antique clip point Bowie knife with sheath, approx. 15-1/2” overall with a 10” blade, brass cross guard, stag grip and disc pommel cap, ricasso marked “Smith & Co. Sheffield; blade is etched “Golden California”, in overall good condition with etching somewhat light toward the front of the blade, better toward the hilt; some scattered erosion, very good grip; sheath is good with gold accents, metal tip and throat; some scuffing but overall solid.
