We charge only the actual shipping cost plus the cost of packaging without adding handling fees. All transactions must be complete and all merchandise must be paid for before property is shipped. Because we ship items ourselves, shipping times will vary depending on the number of lots and types of items sold; please allow at least 7-10 days for your items to be shipped. We reserve the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder will be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sales record is conclusive.
All transactions must be complete before property is shipped. Property will not be shipped until payment has been made via a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit, debit, or gift card; certified check; money order; or wire transfer. PayPal and checks are NOT accepted.
If an article sold cannot be delivered by reason of theft, breakage, or other damage prior to shipment, the sale shall be deemed canceled without any liability on the part of All Things Estate Auctions.

Therefore, when a bidder unilaterally violates the terms and conditions by not paying as agreed, forcing All Things Estate Auctions to use valuable time and effort for non-income producing purposes, a 20% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $50, shall be applied and collected. A 20% restocking fee also applies to merchandise rejected by the buyer due to reasons other than misrepresentation by All Things Estate Auctions. All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. By signing up to bid and by bidding, bidder agrees not to violate the payment provisions of these terms and conditions.
