Large Kard style dagger, probably of Indian origin, showing gold Damascene figures of animals and mottled hard stone, possibly jade, grip. The weapon measures 30-1/2" overall with a 25" blade, which measuresnearly 2" across its widest area. The blade shows elephant, tiger, leopard, crocodile and other beasts. Approximately 60-80% gold Damascene remains, the balance of blade going to a dark patina and shows some sharpeningon the edge. 19th century. Est.: $400-$800

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
