The necklace comes from the German jeweler Perli and was crafted in the 1970s out of 835 silver and 585 gold. The company was restructured in the 1970s and the new designs that arose at that time are very thought after today. This necklace is made from separate flattened elements, which were shaped by hand. The necklace deliberately shows signs of manual labour; the individual elements carry fingerprints and have irregular shapes and edges. The center panel is additionally adorned with a sheet of 585 gold. The design takes its inspiration from the organic world and makes up for a truly unique piece of jewellery.

The necklace is in good condition. The length is ca. 36 cm and the weight is ca. 67 grams. The necklace is hallmarked on the inside with the purity marks “585” for gold and “835” for Silver, as well as “Pe” for the company Perli.
