The round tray of chased brass is covered with fine engravings on the entire mirror. Multiply entwined ribbons form cartouches, in which there are vine patterns. In the center, they form a multiple foiled medallion, in which is depicted a calligraphic inscription. The low rim is curved and wavy.
The tray is in very good condition considering its age, showing only minimal wear. The diameter is 46 cm and the weight is about 1.65 kilograms.
