This is an antique 1887 print titled The Sisters. "The Hatch Co., New York" is in the bottom left corner. Text at the bottom reads "Published and copyrighted by P.O. Vickery, Augusta Maine, 1887." SIZE: Approx. 14" x 20".

The majority is in very good to excellent condition except for some light denting. There is a bit of damage to the top edge along with a dog-ear in the top right corner. The bottom has a horizontal crack about 3" up from the bottom edge with a 1" tear on the right edge. The bottom edge has the tear and chipping as can be seen in the photo.

We reserve the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder will be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sales record is conclusive.

Therefore, when a bidder unilaterally violates the terms and conditions by not paying as agreed, forcing All Things Estate Auctions to use valuable time and effort for non-income producing purposes, a 20% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $50, shall be applied and collected. A 20% restocking fee also applies to merchandise rejected by the buyer due to reasons other than misrepresentation by All Things Estate Auctions. All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. By signing up to bid and by bidding, bidder agrees not to violate the payment provisions of these terms and conditions.
