The Rockefellers sell property in the village of Lakewood, New Jersey to Henry Kearny for the sum of $5,000. Boldly signed at the conclusion by John D. Rockefeller, Laura Rockefeller and witnessed by Laura’s sister Lucy M. Spelman. An interesting association and scarce with both John D. and his wife signing on a single document. Couple of light fold separations repaired with archival tape. Fine.
