1981 Lakota Omaha Hand Signed (signed in 1989) and Numbered Print 102/250 by Bob Penn, measures 16''L x 12.25''W, Artist Bio: Robert Penn (1946-1999), Sicangu Lakota/Omaha, Penn worked as an art instructor and illustrator before he pursued his painting career full-time. Penn was a protege' of the late Oscar Howe, and at one time, he was a work-study assistant for the internationally known Sioux artist. However, Penn's style was uniquely his own as he explored the art world with varied media and styles. He painted the truth as he saw it. He attributed his talent a gift from Wakan Tanka - the Great Spirit - which he was given to use, explore and develop.

After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be re-embursed on items returned for any reason.

Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be relisted for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts. *** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed.
