Incorporated August 18, 1860. Although listed in 'Nevada Territory' in 1860 this area was still part of the 'Utah Territory.' Number 111 to Mrs. Emma C Osmer. Signed by Ingoldsby (frequent secretary to mining companies) and president John (?). Dateline San Francisco February 6, 1864. Endorsed on back. Horse drawn ore cart vignette - unusual. Printed by Britton &Co. 25c Power of Att'y Revenue stamp. Not cancelled. Location: Gold Hill Mining Dist., Nevada Territory. Two small nicks upper right. Very fine! Prag Collection.
