Lady Gaga's personally-worn blue wool corset bustier by Rosamosario, worn on one of the covers shot for the 99th issue of V Magazine in 2016 (which featured a record-setting 16 different covers). The front features twenty faux diamond stud buttons secured by elegant baby blue ribbon loops, and the back has a blue silk ribbon tie. In the black-and-white cover image for V99, Lady Gaga is seen embracing the fashion photographer Inez van Lamsweerde, both wearing matching Rosamosario corsets. Includes the original Rosamosario hanger. The consignor notes that this corset was also worn by Rihanna (on the cover of CR Fashion Book, Issue 9: Marie Antoinette), and by Kylie Jenner.

Gaga assumed the role of guest editor for the 99th issue of V, an important and influential seasonally printed American fashion magazine. In her editorial debut, she created a record-breaking 16 covers dedicated to her 'Fashion Guard'—paying homage to the movers and shakers of the fashion world that she embraced during her rise to fame. In her editor's letter to begin the issue, she emphasized: 'There is something about fashion that is crucial to my existence. Not only by definition significant, essential to my happiness, necessary, yes—but more definitively, fashion is the cross hanging in my church. It is the anchor in my artistic place of worship.' For the final product of these devoted efforts, Lady Gaga was awarded 'Editor of the Year' for V99 at the Fashion Los Angeles Awards.
