Lot of 2: 1 certificate No. 5142 is filled out for 600 shares, to Elizabeth K. Weitzel, signed by H.A. Hoffman, president and Edward Wastrell, secretary. The La Cross operations were based in New York. The reverse is fully executed with signatures and stamps affixed. Certificate No. 4814 is blank, stamped "Cancelled June 7, 1897." It was signed by Frank R. Van Nest but is marked by a series of punched holes. Both are in very good to excellent condition, with No. 5142 exhibiting some minor staining in the left corners.
