Pioneer Auction Gallery Will Charge a $35 Service Fee to any Winning Bidder whose Card is Declined for Payment and/or Shipping & Handling Costs Due. Any Bidder Whose Payment has Not been Received within 48 Hours will be Charged a $100 Collection Fee or 25% of their total, whichever is greater.

Pioneer Auction Gallery will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
