One of these canes has a tau handle, the other handle is more L-shaped, both are marked "Sterling" only. Thetau-handle is 3.75" wide and 1.5" high and covered with large flowers. The ebonized hardwood shaft ends in a 1.25"nickel ferrule that has split at one of its attachments. Total length of this cane is 36". The horizontal part of thehandle on the second cane appears to be a closed flower "trumpet," 3.5" wide, with dozens of "suns" stamped onthe elbow of the handle. The collar area has spiral bands. The shaft has another silver gusset-like band and noferrule, and may not be original to the handle. Some scratches and dents in handle. Total length 34.5".(EST 200-400)
