LMS (Caledonian pattern) Bulpitts 3-aspect HANDLAMP, the body bearing a large oval brass plate lettered "LMS Passr. No.1 CARNWATH". Complete with its brass-rimmed copper lens cone; LMSR (stamped) vessel; LM & S brass/ceramic burner; reflector and all glasses. In fine, original condition. Note Carnwath was an ex Caledonian Railway station, one north of Carstairs on the Edinburgh line, opened in 1848 and closed in 1966.
