LESSER KUDU FULL-BODY MOUNT
Tragelaphus imberbis
Definitely one of the most beautiful antelopes on the planet, the Lesser Kudu is called the Gray Ghost. Elegant yet elusive, they use the East African bush to dart in and out of to avoid danger and are very expensive to hunt. They live in Tanzania, Ethiopia and Kenya and have beautiful spiraling horns with wonderful ivory tips. This particular bull was taken in Masailand in northern Tanzania near Lake Natron about 5 years ago. The taxidermy exhibits superior-quality workmanship and the mount is in mint condition. The horns measure 29¼ inches long around the spirals with good heavy bases and this is a Gold Medal award-winner in the Safari Club International record books. The mount is presented on a diorama base and measures 60½ x 69½ x 24½ inches.

Shipping: Requires 3rd Party Shipping (view shipping information)
