LESNEY/MATCHBOX NO. 69 COMMER 30 CWT NESTLÉ'S VAN DIECAST
Vintage Lesney/Matchbox No. 69 Commer 30 CWT Van diecast, manufactured in England during the early 1960s, approximately 63–66 years old. A collectible Matchbox 1–75 Series delivery vehicle featuring a maroon-red diecast body, black metal base, grey wheels and vintage Nestlé's advertising along the side panels. The model reproduces the distinctive Commer commercial van with its rounded roof, front cab, sliding side-door opening and enclosed delivery body. The underside is marked “Commer 30 CWT Van” and “Made in England by Lesney.” A classic advertising vehicle appealing to collectors of early Matchbox models and vintage commercial transportation.
Condition: Grade 3/10 – Heavily Playworn Vintage Condition. Extensive paint loss, chips and scratches across the roof, side panels, front cab and body edges, exposing the underlying metal. The Nestlé's advertising is heavily worn and partially obscured. The side-door opening is exposed, and the model shows considerable age-related surface wear.
