LESNEY/MATCHBOX NO. 38 VAUXHALL VICTOR ESTATE CAR DIECAST
Vintage Lesney/Matchbox No. 38 Vauxhall Victor Estate Car diecast, manufactured in England during the early 1960s, approximately 63–66 years old. A collectible miniature of the British Vauxhall Victor estate wagon, featuring a pale yellow diecast body, black metal base, dark green-tinted windows and black tyres. The model retains its distinctive estate-car roofline, front grille, moulded headlights and original cast markings underneath reading “Vauxhall Victor Estate Car,” “No. 38” and “Made in England by Lesney.” An early Matchbox 1–75 Series model appealing to collectors of vintage British automobiles.
Condition: Grade 4/10 – Heavily Playworn Vintage Condition. Extensive paint chips, scratches and finish loss throughout the roof, bonnet, front bumper and body edges, exposing the underlying metal. The windows show visible ageing and surface marks.
