LLESNEY/MATCHBOX NO. 20 ERF 68G TRUCK DIECAST
Vintage Lesney/Matchbox No. 20 ERF 68G Truck diecast, manufactured in England circa 1959–1968, approximately 58–67 years old. An original Matchbox Regular Wheels series commercial vehicle featuring a blue diecast cab and long blue cargo body with a ribbed loading platform, grey metal body edges and grey plastic wheels. The underside is marked “ERF 68G TRUCK,” “MADE IN ENGLAND BY LESNEY” and “NO. 20.” A classic example of Lesney's British commercial transport models.
Condition: Grade 2/10 – Heavily Playworn Vintage Condition. Extensive blue paint loss across the cab roof, front panels and cargo platform, exposing large areas of bare metal. Numerous chips, scratches and abrasions are visible throughout the body. The wheel axles show oxidation, and the grey wheels exhibit wear and discolouration.
