LESNEY/MATCHBOX MODELS OF YESTERYEAR NO. 10 1908 GP MERCEDES DIECAST
Vintage Lesney/Matchbox Models of Yesteryear No. 10 1908 GP Mercedes diecast, manufactured in England during the 1960s era. A collectible early racing automobile featuring a cream-coloured body, dark green driver's seat, exposed silver-coloured exhaust pipes, black rubber tyres and rear-mounted spare tyres. The model represents a 1908 Grand Prix Mercedes racing car, with its long narrow bonnet, open cockpit, exposed chassis and early competition-car styling. The underside is marked “1908 GP Mercedes,” “No. 10” and “Made in England by Lesney.”
Condition: Grade 5/10 – Fair Vintage Used Condition. Moderate paint chips, scratches and finish loss across the cream body, front grille and chassis edges. Visible wear and oxidation to the metal exhaust and axle components. The green seat, four road wheels and rear-mounted

AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION: Pickup is the next day, 10 am to 2 pm, or by appointment. Purchasers must notify us immediately if our pickup day doesn’t work for them. Purchasers will be responsible for arranging their own pickup.

Any items not picked up in a reasonable time period shall be considered abandoned unless communication on the subject has been received. Your CTC account will be publicly notified to show non-payment, to prevent you from causing undue stress to other auctioneers.
