LESNEY/MATCHBOX MODELS OF YESTERYEAR HORSE-DRAWN OMNIBUS DIECAST
Vintage Lesney/Matchbox Models of Yesteryear Horse-Drawn Omnibus diecast, manufactured in England during the 1960s, approximately 57–66 years old. Features a maroon-red double-decker carriage body, cream and tan upper-deck seating, moulded passenger steps, a seated driver figure and black spoked wheels. The carriage displays vintage-style “HUDSON'S SOAP” advertising panels. A collectible miniature representing early horse-drawn public transportation.
Condition: Grade 4/10 – Fair Vintage Used Condition. Noticeable paint chips and edge wear throughout the maroon-red carriage, particularly along the upper-deck railings, rear panels and underside. The cream and tan seating shows scratches and paint loss. Advertising panels show wear but remain partly legible. The driver figure and four spoked wheels are present. The horse team is missing.
