Large lot of primarily shooting competition medals including: 1) x33 assorted boxed/cased California shooting medals. 2) x7 assorted California shooting medals without boxes/cases. 3) x1 cased NRA State Team 1967 Postal Match medal with case. 4) x1 North Jersey Shooters 1976 medal. 4) x2 NRA High Girl medals. 5) x2 NRA High Girl medals in acrylic pen stands. 6) x1 small 1968 High Girl brass plaque. 7) x1 large 1969 NRA High Girl plaque. 8) x1 cased NRA brass medallion presented to Patti Grizzell on March 23rd, 1969. Interior of case lid is fitted with a plaque that reads "ENGLISH COURSE-594/ SANTA MONICA, CALIF./ INT'L TRYOUTS". 9) x1 brass trophy bowl inscribed "SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA/ JUNIOR RIFLE LEAGUE/ HIGH SUB-JUNIOR/ PATTI J. GRIZZELL/ 1964" on the side. 10) x1 brass trophy bowl inscribed "SO. CALIF. JUNIOR RIFLE LEAGUE/ ANNUAL HIGH GIRL AWARD/ -1967-/ PATTI J. GRIZZELL" on the interior. 11) x1 diamond plaque on a diamond shaped wood board inscribed "PATTI GRIZZELL MARCH 1968/ Desert Int'l Smallbore/ Rifle Tournament. 1st/ Open 3 Pos. Aggregate, 1st/ Open Prone, 1st Master/ Standing 1st Open Kneeling". 12) 1 76mm ammunition rd. with dummy alloy projectile converted to a lamp. Wood base. Shade is absent. 13) several assorted medals, a shooting patch, as well as a June, 1943 edition of National Geographic Magazine detailing the insignia of the U.S. armed forces. CONDITION: medals appear good, showing varying degrees of wear and age related discoloration. Foam packaging in most cases has deteriorated, with some boxes/cases showing tears and or broken sections. Brass trophies exhibit scattered spots of verdigris.
