Probably Pennsylvania, 1860-1875, tinned sheet iron and glass. Lantern with original candle cup, 13ö h x 5.5ö square. Lot includes a mid 20th-century tin witchÆs hat snuffer by Phil Kelly, Pennsylvania Farm Museum in Landis Valley. 2 1/2"h.
Condition: Three of four glass panels are original; one is an early replacement; original latch in good working order. The lantern is stamped "3".
