L. Ernst Engraved Signed Belgian Browning Midas Grade Superposed Four Barrel Skeet Set Shotgun

Manufactured in 1975 with white bead sights, ported barrels, choked skeet/skeet and 2 3/4 inch chambers with lengthened forcing cones and ejectors. The receiver, tangs, break lever, trigger guard, forearm hardware, safety/selector switch and breech end of the barrels are engraved with floral scroll designs. The right side of the receiver has three gold inlaid ducks flying over a field with a decorative gold bordering and the left side has three gold inlaid pheasants flying over a field with a decorative gold bordering. On the bottom is a single gold inlaid quail. The left side of the receiver is signed twice by engraver L. Ernst. Mounted on a beautifully figured multi-point checkered walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with gold "M" medallion inlaid into the grip cap area, a wood and plastic spacer and a Pachmayr White Line recoil pad. Length of pull is 15 1/2 inches. With 3 extra 28 inch vent rib barrel sets numbered to the gun in 20 gauge, 28 gauge and .410 bore. All three have wedges of floral scroll engraving at the breech end. The 20 gauge has both barrels ported, the 28 gauge has the lower barrel ported and all barrels have white bead sights and lengthened forcing cones.
